Artillery M1 Pro S1
Artillery · M1 Pro S1
The Artillery M1 Pro S1 is a fully enclosed CoreXY FDM 3D printer designed for high speed, stability, and technical materials. It keeps a 260 x 260 x 260 mm build volume and uses a rigid structure made from cast aluminum, aluminum extrusions, an ABS enclosure, and glass panels. Compared with the M1 Pro, the S1 version introduces several reliability-focused upgrades: improved PTFE tube installation, optimized filament ejector, better placement of the chamber temperature sensor, extruder improvements, optimized heated bed and magnetic plate, and a refined leveling algorithm to work better with the updated bed. The printer reaches a maximum toolhead speed of 600 mm/s and a maximum acceleration of 20,000 mm/s². It includes one-step auto leveling, vibration compensation through input shaping, power-loss recovery, filament sensor, automatic cut-off module, and an AI camera for timelapse, surface detection, foreign object detection, and spaghetti failures. Its 80W ceramic hotend reaches up to 320 ºC and uses a hardened steel nozzle. The active heated chamber reaches 60 ºC, helping print materials such as ABS, ASA, PA, PC, and carbon-fiber-reinforced filaments with less warping. It also includes a honeycomb-style activated carbon filter with internal and external circulation to reduce odors and particles. On the control side, the Artillery M1 Pro S1 uses Artillery OS with 8 GB eMMC and 8 GB MicroSD, WiFi connectivity, SD card support, a touchscreen, and PC software. It should not be confused with the original M1 Pro, since the S1 is an optimized revision with mechanical, thermal, and firmware improvements.
