SONOFF SNZB-06P24
Sonoff · SNZB-06P24
The SONOFF SNZB-06P24 is a Zigbee human presence sensor based on 24GHz mmWave radar. It is designed to detect stable presence even with subtle human micro-movements, such as small hand motions or chest expansion while breathing, and is more accurate than the 5.8GHz model for this type of detection. Unlike a traditional PIR sensor, the SNZB-06P24 can maintain presence detection when someone is working, reading, or sitting quietly. It also includes ambient light detection for more precise lighting automations. One of its most interesting features is the division of the detection area into 7 independent zones, which can be enabled or disabled from the app to adapt coverage to each room. It also includes detection calibration to learn and filter fixed interference sources such as appliances, water pipes, or large metal surfaces. The sensor works via Zigbee 3.0 IEEE 802.15.4 and requires a compatible Zigbee hub or coordinator. It can be used with the eWeLink ecosystem through a SONOFF Zigbee gateway, integrated with Home Assistant using SONOFF dongles or compatible coordinators, and can be exposed to Apple Home via Matter Bridge using solutions such as ZBBridge-U, iHost, or Cube OS. Installation is flexible thanks to its magnetic base, desktop stand, wall, ceiling, or flush-mount installation, and adjustable 360-degree rotating head. It is powered via USB-C at 5V/0.5A, so it does not use a battery.
