Aqara Camera Hub G350

Aqara · CH-C14E / CH-C14DE

The Aqara Camera Hub G350 is an advanced indoor security camera that combines video surveillance, on-device AI, and smart home hub features in a single device. Its dual-camera system pairs a 4K 133° wide-angle lens with a 2.5K telephoto lens, providing a broad panoramic view and hybrid zoom up to 9X to focus on specific details without relying solely on digital zoom. One of its key strengths is automatic AI tracking. The camera can detect and follow people or pets, keep them centered in the frame, and apply close-up tracking when needed. AI processing runs locally on the device for features such as detection of people, pets, faces, gestures and specific sounds, reducing dependence on the cloud for primary detections. As a PTZ camera, it offers 360° pan, tilt, scheduled patrols and up to 30 preset angles via the Aqara Home app. It also features night vision with invisible 940 nm infrared LEDs, an f/1.6 aperture, two-way audio and a 95 dB siren. The G350 also functions as an Aqara hub. It supports Aqara Zigbee and Thread devices, connecting up to 80 Aqara Zigbee subdevices, or 40 Aqara Zigbee devices plus 40 Thread devices. Additionally, it acts as a Matter controller and Matter bridge, allowing third-party Matter devices to be integrated into Aqara Home and exposing compatible Aqara devices to ecosystems like Apple Home, Google Home, Alexa, SmartThings and other Matter platforms. For connectivity it uses WiFi 6 dual band 2.4GHz and 5GHz with WPA3, along with Zigbee/Thread IEEE 802.15.4 and Bluetooth. It is not a PoE or Ethernet camera: it is powered via USB-C with a 5V 2A input. For storage it accepts microSD cards up to 512GB Class 10 or higher, supports continuous 24/7 recording, NAS backup via upload from the SD card, and end-to-end encrypted cloud storage through the HomeGuardian plan. It also includes a physical privacy mode where the lens fully retracts to block the view. For Home Assistant, Aqara states the available integration is via RTSP streaming. Therefore, RTSP should be marked as supported, but not ONVIF unless confirmed in official documentation. In Apple Home, the camera can be used with HomeKit Secure Video, although the resolution inside Apple Home is limited to 1080p and it may require iCloud+ and an Apple Home hub.
