The Netatmo Presence, now sold as the Netatmo Smart Outdoor Camera, is a smart outdoor camera with a built-in spotlight designed for home security and automation. Its main strength is smart detection of people, animals, and vehicles, which makes it possible to build more accurate automations than with a simple motion sensor. It also supports local recording on a microSD card, optional storage via FTP or Dropbox, and use without a mandatory subscription. In Home Assistant, it can be integrated to view the camera, use its events, and combine it with outdoor lighting, security automations, or notifications. It is also compatible with Apple HomeKit, Amazon Alexa, and Google Assistant.
