The Amazfit Bip 6 is a lightweight sports smartwatch designed for everyday use, health tracking, exercise, and basic navigation. It features a 1.97-inch AMOLED display with a 390 x 450 resolution, up to 2000 nits of peak brightness, and tempered glass with an anti-fingerprint coating, making it easy to read data, notifications, and maps even outdoors. For sports, it offers more than 140 activity modes, smart strength training with exercise recognition, Zepp Coach, advanced running support, free downloadable OSM maps, and built-in GPS with five satellite positioning systems. It also lets you sync data with platforms such as Strava, adidas Running, TrainingPeaks via Terra, komoot, Relive, Google Fit, and Apple Health. For health, it uses the BioTracker PPG biometric sensor to monitor heart rate, blood oxygen, stress, sleep, heart rate variability during sleep, breathing, daily readiness, recovery, and PAI score. It also includes alerts for abnormal heart rate, low SpO2, high stress, and menstrual cycle tracking. The watch includes a microphone and speaker, so you can make and answer Bluetooth calls from your wrist, receive notifications, control your phone’s music, use camera control on iOS, and reply to messages quickly on Android. The Zepp Flow feature enables voice control in supported countries and regions. Its case combines an aluminum alloy frame and fiber-reinforced polymer, weighs 27.9 g without the strap, and offers 5 ATM water resistance. The 340 mAh battery delivers up to 14 days of typical use, up to 6 days with heavy use, up to 26 days in battery saver mode, and up to 32 hours of continuous GPS use.
